Lyn R. Link, CeM, CSA President	Lyn's first career was in the United States Coast Guard where he proudly and honorably served his country.

Lyn R. Link was immediately hooked on reverse mortgages after attending one of the first U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) meetings in Washington, D.C. in 1989. As a Senior Vice President of a major home health care agency in the Washington/Baltimore area, Lyn was searching for a way to assist senior adults who could no longer afford in-home health care. With this first HUD meeting, he recognized the potential to help seniors and began working in cooperation with HUD to encourage and train financial institutions to offer reverse mortgages. Shortly thereafter, Lyn relocated to Oklahoma City to open and manage a regional office for a major reverse mortgage lender. Lyn developed one of the first originator, processing, and marketing manuals in the industry. As a top producer, he has originated over a thousand reverse mortgages and has worked with some of the largest reverse mortgage lenders in the country. Most recently, Lyn worked with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he completed their certification training program.

During Lyn’s 18 years in the reverse mortgage industry, he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience and has personally trained well over 700 mortgage professionals, brokers, and counselors. He has been featured in prominent newspapers and magazines, and has appeared on TV and radio talk shows nationwide.
