General

The laws of the State of Missouri, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules, will govern this agreement. This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. You may bring no action arising under this agreement more than one year after the cause of action has accrued. The exclusive jurisdiction for any action arising under this agreement shall be the Courts of Newton County, State of Missouri.

To the extent any of the above is not fully enforceable for any reason, the remainder shall continue to apply.
