Writing Press Release.
Each month we write a press release with a reverse mortgage story angle.  Our press releases are written by a 19-year veteran in the reverse mortgage industry, and a team of PR professionals.  Each press release is carefully written to be newsworthy and to motivate prospective customers to call you for a reverse mortgage.

Press releases include a quote from you and your contact information.  Also, you have the option of including a customer’s story to increase the newsworthiness and value of your release.

Media Database.
NRMEC has a license agreement with one of the leading Media Service Providers in the country.  They provide NRMEC access to their comprehensive database of media outlets with over 380,000 media contacts that are kept current daily.  Their distinguished list of customers include: Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagon, Avon, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, GMAC, Prudential, and hundreds more.  Based on your coverage area, we will establish your media distribution list including daily and weekly newspapers, radio and TV stations, and specialty magazines.  You may add or delete to your list anytime to give you complete control over who receives your press releases.

Distributing Press Release.
With your authorization, we will distribute your press release to your media distribution list.  Media outlets have been contacted by NRMEC’s Media Service Provider to determine their preference for receiving press releases, and have given their permission to receive press releases by either email or fax.

Distribution Report.
After your press release has been distributed, you will receive a Distribution Report with the name and contact number for each editor to whom your release was distributed.  This provides you the option of following up with editors to build your relationship with them and answer any questions they may have.

Monitoring Media.
We then will alert you upon publication or broadcast of your press release so you may use articles or broadcasts in other marketing efforts.

Uses.
Prior to distribution of your press release we will email a copy to you so you may review it and provide us with authorization to distribute it.  Upon distribution you will receive another copy for you to post on your website, send to your prospects or referral sources, or to use in a host of other marketing efforts.  This will also be your confirmation that your release has been distributed to your media list.

Bonus.
In addition to the press releases that we write and distribute for you each month, at no additional charge we will distribute one press release provided by you at the end of every three months you are a subscriber.

Exclusivity.
To get started, you will need to subscribe to the counties you want to receive publicity in and to generate leads.  Your coverage area is defined by the county or counties you subscribe which enables you to precisely target your market.  The counties you subscribe to are exclusive to you, which means you block your competition from being able to subscribe to those counties.

Please Note:  Subscribers are prohibited from distributing a press release from our service to counties that are not part of their subscription.  NRMEC monitors the media nationwide through five different sources and is intent on protecting each subscriber’s exclusivity for their coverage area.


The price for one county is $159.00 $135.00 a month (regardless of size or population).  For each additional county, only $95.00 $79.00 a month.  Plus, there is a one-time set-up fee of $180.00 waived.  Each subscription is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time.  Plus, you will receive six of our most successful press releases to immediately improve your marketing results (a $810.00 value).

How your subscription works:
  1. When you subscribe, we will email your Press Release Guide and media distribution list to you.
  2. On the 11th of each month, we will notify you of the story angle for the next press release and ask you to provide a personal story from one of your customers.  This is completely optional on your part.
  3. Then on the 20th of the month, we will email your press release to you.
  4. You review the press release and send us your authorization to distribute.
  5. During the first 10 days of the next month we will distribute your press release to your media list.  (We try to select the slowest news day so your press release has the greatest chance of being selected for publication.)
  6. With distribution to your media list you will also receive a copy of your press release from NRMEC’s Media Service Provider, which is your confirmation that it has been distributed.
  7. Shortly after your press release is distributed we will email your Distribution Report to you.
  8. We will then alert you whenever your press release has been published or broadcasted with a link to your article or the media outlet.
