Participants will learn the characteristics of HECMs, the latest changes, and what it takes to be a HUD qualified lender.

This new course takes the student step-by-step through the process of originating a HECM and completing it to closing.  It even includes HUD servicing options. Enrollees will learn and develop the knowledge and skills needed to effectively comply with HUD related HECMs.
